Alle Speisen werden aus unbelasteten, finnischen und regionalen Zutaten zubereitet. Die Beeren aus dem angrenzenden Wald, die Fische aus dem See vor der T\u00fcr und auch der traditionelle Brotk\u00e4se wird in der Umgebung erzeugt. Frische ist eines der vielen Geheimnisse der K\u00fcche des Isokenk\u00e4isten Klubi.<\/p>\n<p>Neben der Qualit\u00e4t der Zutaten aus der wohl saubersten Umgebung Europas, spielt ehrliche Handarbeit eine gro\u00dfe Rolle. Alles wird von Grund auf zubereitet, nichts ist fertig gekauft.
