Helekuta`s glow fired salmon Sea salmon fresh from the ice sea is cooked slowly by the fire in the old traditional Lappish hut. Served with a creamy curd sauce, Lappish potatoes, vegetables of the season and slices of lemon
Sweet berry dream Fresh pounded blueberries with crushed biscuits in creamy flan, with a little touch of berry liqueur
