We have three rally cars equipped with roll bars and studded tyres. There is one car at a time per race with one practice lap and one time trial. You can enjoy a light snack and hot drinks in the Lappish hut by the race track. In the case of an accident the driver is liable to pay own costs for damage caused.
Snowshoe walking through the snowy forest
In the beginning your guide gives you full instructions of snowshoe walking. The trail takes you through the snowy wonderland and while walking you can enjoy the real silence! Your guide can tell you the amazing facts of the arctic life in the nature in the winter time, and you can try to recognize the little foot prints on the snow. Believe it or not, there is a lot of life out there in the winter! - Duration 1 hour - Route circle 4 -5 km
A Winter Day Spent Fishing
A wintery excursion to do some ice fishing and examine the nets grants you a pleasurable moment of fishing flavoured with some unique northern exoticism. The glittering snow, the creeping darkness, the tranquillity of nature, and a campfire on ice will give you an experience never to forget. We will start our excursion from a previously agreed location by supplying the group with appropriate gear. Then we will go by traditional kick sledge to the lake. Our experienced guides will lead the excursionists to such places only where it is safe to walk on the ice. Under their guidance we will fish with hooks, nets and jigs. Our guides will show the correct jigging and net fishing techniques to beginners. The catch will often be comprised of pike, perch, roach, ide, whitefish and burbot. During the excursion we will have some hot juice.
This day excursion is well-suited for the whole family. The duration of the excursion is approximately three-four hours.
Hike to the Peak of Kuntivaara
This guided hiking tour takes you close to the Russian border, up to the hill of Kuntivaara (460m). The trail curves through a small forest trail, through the old growth forest. From the top opens the breath taking view all the way over the Russian border. We enjoy our snack in a hut by the open fire. - Duration 2.5-3 hours. - Route distance 5 km - Suitable for all ages - Program available in the spring, summer and autumn
Fun Team building race at the Klubi
This fun adventure race gives you the speed for you holiday and it also works great as a break during your meeting. There are few funny and exciting exercises during the race, all in our beautiful Kuusamo nature. This program will change by the season, and we can make it suitable for you group requirements. - Duration circle 1.5-2 hours
Russian day in the wilderness near the Russian Border
Programme
First a visit to the border, then up through the trail passing swamps and the old growth forest. Walking to the top takes about 45 min. While we are walking, your quide tells you lots of interesting facts of the nature, full of wildlife. From the top of the hill we can see magnificent views all around, all the way across to Russia. You can see the lakes and thick taiga forests which surround the area. Top of the hill in Kota-house we take break and make coffee in a shelter and have a tasty snack. Back to the Isokenkäisten Klubi.
Now it is time to enjoy our peaceful atmosphere and the Spirit of Isokenkäisten Klubi. The soft steam of our lakeside traditional smoke sauna is ready for you. Finnish traditional smoke-sauna is memorably and indulgence experience. Sauna warming up about 4-6 hours before you can go there. Steam in the smoke sauna is special softly which will leave your skin wonderfully soft and fragrant and very fresh feeling you can get in the swimming lake. In saunas terrace you can hear and feel the peaceful and silence nature.
Isokenkäisten Klubi hostess wish you warmest welcome to enjoy exotic east –border menu. The kitchen is well known for delicious, traditional dishes and menus. Menu begin Zakusta –starters, you can enjoy different kind fishes and meat also salads. Between starters and main course taste house’s own recipe make of Borch –soup. After that we served main course Stroganof and end of menu delicious Charlotte Russe of course with brewed tea.
Main thing is, that everybody enjoy wonderful culinary without hurry.
Extra Service: You can meet in the Russian border a real Russian soldier with a car where are Russian register numbers. The soldier will ask passports and visa and another papers, what you will need, if you want gross the Russian border. You must discuss with a soldier and then soldier decide, can you continue the trip. Rates and reservation on request.

Airport safari
We drive to the Seven Star Smoke Sauna by the snow mobiles straight from the airport. As soon as you have arrived at the airport, we will dress up with warm overalls. Your own professional guide will lead you on the exciting safari through the beautiful snowy landscapes, till you reach the Russian border and the Isokenkäisten Klubi. There the Seven Star Smoke Sauna will be waiting for you with its tempting heat, and if you need freshening up why not try a dip into the hole in the ice! Amazing Kuntivaara hill
After Klubi`s full breakfast we dress you up in the winter overalls and other required equipment for snow mobile driving. A professional safari guide will guide you to the one of the most beautiful places in a Kuusamo, the Kuntivaara Hill, where you can enjoy the stunning scenery and see the snow covered trees and hills all around stretching far over the Russian border. Then your tour will continue toward to Ruka on its variable terrain trail. - Duration, 4-5 hours - Route distance 50km

Canoes and boat are in free use for the clients to the Heikinjärvi Lake and you can also use our Nordic walking poles, kick sledges and snow shoes. Also we sell hunting licences for the local hunting club area of Suininki-Itäperä. We can also create hunting packages to your wishes, included in the hunting; transportation, accommodation, meals, sauna etc.
